Monster Stats
Where monster stats come from, and why the training dummy is a clean test target.
How a monster's stats are built
- Level row. Each zone or instance picks a stat row by its difficulty, either a fixed level or your level plus an offset.
- Monster type. Each monster adjusts those stats by its own percentages. A plant may have +2,700% HP but −80% ATK, while a boss can have +56,000% HP.
- Instance scaling. Some instances scale monster HP and ATK further by your level or by how long the server has been open.
Monsters are Normal, Elite or Boss. Some gear and buffs deal extra damage to specific types.
Training dummy
The city training dummy has enormous HP (about 4.7 × 10¹³). Because max HP is part of the damage formula, its Defense, Crit Resist and Avoidance have almost no effect:
- defense reduction ≈ 0
- crit chance comes almost entirely from your own Crit
- miss chance ≈ 0
- no level-difference penalty
So dummy damage shows your skill and gear numbers without enemy stats getting in the way.
